Welcome to Argent Ventures Inc!
Too many of the boys in our community suffer from personal and family-related hardships and tragedies that may be no fault of their own. Empowering Experience STRTP provides needed behavioral services, healthy interventions, and engaging activities for these children by creating cultivating experiences. This is achieved by providing professional counseling/therapy, tutoring, empathetic mentorship, and enriching activities and trips that will develop desirable behavioral, social, academic, and healthy attributes and qualities deemed acceptable and highly favored in our society.

Safety and Support
Empowering Experience aims to provide a culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, nurturing, safe, and supportive home in Los Angeles County for at-risk ambulatory boys, ages six through eleven, who have been abused, abandoned, or neglected and display behavioral and emotional concerns. Empowering Experience STRTP will develop happy and healthy children who will grow up to be admirable contributors to our community.
Care and Attention
We provide continuity of care and services that will meet the needs of the children and their families, as defined by their Needs and Services Plans, child and family team meetings, and court ordered case plans.
Empowering Experience will make every effort to ensure that the children remain stable in our placement and transition into least restrictive environments.

MISSION & VISION
Argent Ventures LA: Mission
Argent Ventures Inc (DBA Empowering Experience) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization committed to providing Empowering Experience Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program (STRTP) the support and means to empower susceptible children. Argent Ventures’s goal is to improve the overall well-being of the children at Empowering Experience STRTP. Empowering Experience STRTP is dedicated to developing positive behaviors and argent qualities. We will build healthy, happy, and productive children who will grow up to be assets in their community.
From Idea to Reality: The Vision
Rise and Shine! Empowering Experience is a facility that envisions developing and supporting positive and rewarding changes in at-risk children. Empowering Experience will help children reach emotional well-being. This will be done by providing mental health services, programs, activities, and tutoring. We will build partnerships with those who agree with our plans and endeavors to improve the behaviors, social skills, academia, and overall happiness of children in our community.
Helping Hands: Method
Within the context of our philosophy, Empowering Experience STRTP provides 24-hour care, supervision, and treatment to young boys, ages 6-11 in a residential, home-like setting as part of the children’s transition to unification with their families or transfer to foster/ resource homes. Empowering Experience provides a planned program of group living in an urban community-based setting. Foremost, children receive mental health support, as well as educational support through after-school tutoring if needed. There is regular involvement in community-based education and recreational activities.
